About the School of Communications

The Brigham Young University School of Communications prepares professionals to facilitate the transfer of ideas among people through mass media communication. The School of Communications, a division of the College of Fine Arts and Communications, is located in the George H. Brimhall Building on the south end of the BYU campus. The School of Communications offers one bachelor degree program with emphases in Advertising, Communications Studies, Journalism and Public Relations; and a Master’s degree in Mass Communications.
